This 8×12 Rancher-style storage shed was built completely on-site by K-Sheds, located right beside the Bear Mountain Golf Course near Millstream/Langford—one of the most scenic and enjoyable locations we’ve had the chance to work in.
The shed features a Gable-style roof, giving it a classic, balanced profile that fits naturally into the surrounding landscape. To elevate the finish, the project included three full coats of paint, with the door, siding, and trim all finished in different, complementary colors. This multi-color approach adds depth, contrast, and a high-end custom look that stands out without overpowering the setting.
Built for durability, security, and long-term performance, this shed combines practical storage with clean residential aesthetics, making it a perfect match for the upscale Bear Mountain environment.

To preserve the view from the home, the lower wall heights were customized to fit neatly underneath a window, ensuring the shed does not obstruct sightlines.
Additionally, the door was built on a custom angle to align perfectly with the shed’s unique roofline and site placement, demonstrating our attention to detail and commitment to functional, tailored solutions.
